Corporation for Public Management approaches each person receiving support with the dignity and respect due all individuals, meeting the inherent challenges of treatment with a high level of caseworker interaction, patience and personal support.
CPM can provide services for adults who have suffered severe brain injuries and need support services to continue to live in the community.
The ABI services through the State of CT are based on a person-centered model. This means that the consumer is the essential participant in developing a service plan that will fulfill your needs in the community.
After completing the need assessment his/her DSS social worker assembles a team to help the consumer develop an appropriate service plan and to provide a continuing source of support to the consumer after the plan has been implemented.
